- This map is a smaller version of Higgins Haven. It is roughly 45% smaller in terms of total play area.
- The map is modeled after the setting of the same name from Friday the 13th Part 3 (1982).
- Technically, Part 3 Jason is supposed to be on this map.
- As with the other Small maps, the introduction cinematic is different. For Higgins Small, Jason kills Rob with a Throwing Knife.
